Farming

Our Farm

In partnership with Khulisani Foundation, we have embarked on a farming project on 2 hectares of our farm this year, irrigated by borehole water. We plant a variety of organic vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, tomatoes, various greens, chillies and herbs. This enables us to provide fresh, nutritious and homegrown food to prepare delicious meals for our guests. We are also planting 100 peach, apricot and pear trees, which we plan to juice and serve our guests. The farm also provides training for local youth on farming and agriculture, offering them an opportunity to learn valuable life skills and generate an income from surplus produce from the farm.

Our Garden

We have a beautiful garden with indigenous and migrant flowering trees throughout the seasons, giving colour and life to the landscape. Our flower garden provides a tranquil and perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, or viewing the sunset during golden hour with a cold drink during the summer days.
